During the months of February and March 2004, our production at Central California Granite increased and we called in for several special services on our one-yard container. California Waste Recovery Systems Attention: Steve Bruce Dear Mr. Bruce: Normally customers only take the time to “complain” when they do not receive the service they expect. I, on the other hand, would like to tell you of the excellent service I received from your company which was over and beyond any expectations I had. I am a residential customer of one of your competitors in Lodi, and unaware that your company provided the service I was inquiring about, phoned them when I needed a 20 yard dumpster delivered to my home. I was told they would be delivering the dumpster on the date I requested. My husband and I were moving out of our home in the Lockeford area and it was critical we had a dumpster delivered that weekend as it was a holiday weekend and we needed the extra day to get started. Needless to say, as we arrived home on that Friday evening, there was no dumpster. This was so upsetting, I phoned the company, received their voice mail and proceeded to “vent” my frustrations and ask what they were going to do to satisfy me as a customer. I knew it would be Tuesday before I would hear from them since it was a holiday weekend. Sure enough Tuesday morning, 8:30 a.m. sharp, I received a call from Dawn of your company explaining I had phoned the wrong company. She was proactive in recognizing my dilemma and offered a variety of solutions for me. Bottom line, she took care of me quickly, gave me a better rate than quoted from your competitor and that afternoon I had a dumpster at my home! Please extend my gratitude to Dawn for her professional, friendly and courteous service she provided to me.
